Route Reconvergence, Brief loss of connectivity:
Colo4 will be upgrading the code on its routers at the provider edge on both the Premium Bandwidth Service and the Value Bandwidth Service. This work will require a reboot of each router in question. ------ Since we are on their Premium Bandwidth mix, please let your customers know there may be brief loss of connectivity.
